Every Kaliox PC is covered by a 3-year parts and labour warranty with local support.
What's covered
Your Kaliox PC is covered for 3 years on both parts and labour. If a component fails under normal use, we'll repair or replace it at no cost to you.
- All internal components supplied by Kaliox
- Labour for diagnosis and repair
- Local Australian support — call or email a real person
What's not covered
Accidental damage, liquid damage, unauthorised modifications, and consumables. Third-party parts added after purchase are covered by their own manufacturer warranty.
How to make a claim
Contact our support team with your order number and a description of the issue. We'll troubleshoot, and if needed arrange repair or replacement. Most claims are resolved within a few business days.
